Do you resize rings?
I currently do not resize rings. Please be sure of your ring size before placing an order. I do no accept returns based on incorrect ring size. If you are unsure of your ring size, please order the adjustable ring sizer available in my shop, or head to a local jeweler who can size you for free.

Do you accept custom orders?
At this time, I am not accepting custom orders. Occasionally, I will offer rings to be completed in your size. These rings will be marked as "made-to-order" in the product description.

How long will my order take to ship?
Ready to ship items typically process within 1-5 business days--this is the time it takes me to prepare an item for shipping. Transit time is typically 3-5 business days, but exact timing depends solely on the United States Postal Service and I cannot be responsible for delays in transit.

Do you do repairs?
I do not do repairs on jewelry I did not make. If a piece of jewelry I made requires a repair, please send me a brief description (mojavemadestudios [at] gmail [dot] com) of the repair needed and a few photos. I will assess the damage and decide whether I am able to repair it myself, or, refer you to your local jeweler.

Are payment plans available?
Payment plans are not currently available. All payments are due in full at time of checkout.
